Reflection: what I think this quote means is that you can both think of good thoughts and grow flowers or you can think of bad thoughts and grow dead weed plants.

Example: if you think of being nice, respectful, and honest then you will be thinking good thoughts but if you think of being unkind, disrespectful, and dishonest then your thoughts will be bad.
