Clinical laboratory
specialist includes both clinical laboratory technicians and clinical
technologies these professions are also referred to as medical technologies. Both
technicians and technologist perform laboratory work to identify, diagnose, and
treat disease.
Clinical laboratory
technicians use microscope, laboratory equipment, chemical and computers to
perform laboratory procedures. They also collect blood specimens and prepare
reports for clinical technologist or physicians.
