Duties and responsibilities:

A type of medical and health services manager, work as managers in both the administrative and medical capacities to ensure that the establishment for which they work runs smoothly. Clinical managers often work for doctors to do the following:
Ø Manage clinical
Ø Outpatient facilities
Ø Long term care facilities
Ø Manage recruitments

They develop and manage policies and directives. They monitor budgets, handling communications and make purchasing decisions.
Salary: $88,580

Educational requirements:

To become a clinical manager the minimum of a degree will be a bachelor’s degree in the field of medical services and administration or health care administration. Coursework in a 4-year bachelor degree program includes the course on health care law and ethics. Some skills that they need are to be responsible for managing many parts of the medical establishment.

I wouldn’t want to be one because everyone will be depending on the clinical manager and it maybe puts a lot of stress on someone.
