Duties and
responsibilities
Patient Representatives work for healthcare administrators to
address the concerns and special needs of patients and their families. They evaluate
patient satisfaction and investigate complaints or they collect information
about patient’s dissatisfaction. They work in hospitals, nursing homes, and other
long term care facilities.
Average salary: $20,000 - $40,000
Educational requirements:
Students should take challenging high school courses in
business, science, and math and in English. Most employees prefer college
graduates with backgrounds in health or social services.
i wouldnt want to be one because its not really my type of job that i would choose.
